File with the FEC when you become a candidate
We do not file for you. External FEC candidate committee instructions.
Later: labeled outreach
Paid outreach remains on the marketplace after the FEC path. It never touches this index.
When you have an FEC committee, you may request a placement. It stays pending until reviewed and never touches the index.
