Hard disclosure rules

1. Influencer posts are context / marketplace speech. They never enter score_overall or the leaderboard.
2. You cannot publish without choosing paid or unpaid. There is no default hide.
3. Paid posts must show Paid by {payer} (FEC / committee / brand ID optional). Unpaid posts show Not paid — independent (self-attested).
4. American Voices does not endorse influencer speech. Verify claims against the official record.
5. False disclosure is an integrity violation: reprimand → temporary mute → ban. Strikes are public.
6. A ban stops new posts. Past posts stay up with an account-banned marker for audit.
7. Shop links go to Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Square, or another external storefront. American Voices does not sell these items or take payment.
8. If a shop is paid promotion of someone else's product, it still shows Paid by … . Affiliate query params are optional convenience; checkout stays on the merchant.
